A few months ago, I went on a vacation to San Diego California. It was an awesome trip. I decided to rent a car, and the best option from my location was Enterprise. Overall, the service was good. I rented a Japanese model of some sort. Overall it was a clean car, however, it did have a small scratch in the door. This is often expected of rentals, so it wasn't a big issue. The one complaint I do have is that the selection was very limited. Some of that issue comes from the fact that I was staying in a somewhat high-class area, so they only had luxury cars and SUs.
A couple other nice things that they did for me was to allow me to park in their lot at night, thus allowing me to save a $12 fee for night parking at the hotel. They where also kind enough to cut me brake and waive the $20/day fee for not being 25 years old that saved me a ton of cash. The final thing that led to a good experience was simply that they did not charge me for forgetting to fill the gas tank before I returned the vehicle.
Enterprise of San Diego gave me a good deal and a dependable car, but there were a couple of things that they could have done to make it a better experience. For instance, they could have given me a car with a tape deck or CD player. The car I got was pretty striped down. I would have been nice if they offered me an air freshener because the car, while not awful, did not smell the cleanest.
