My van had to go into the Ford garage for a recall, 10,000 mile check and inspection and I had to rent a car. I called Enterprise Car Rental, which we nearest my home, to inquire about this service. I spoke with a young man, named Jason. He was very pleasant and asked me several questions about my needs. He assured me, he would be able to help me and, also, volunteered to come pick me up, if necessary.
I did not need a pickup, as my daughter took me to the Enterprise office, the afternoon before the van was to go into the garage. I asked for Jason and he immediately came to the cubbyhole where receptionist had seated me. His looks, alone, would make you want to rent a car from him. What a handsome guy. Hot Dog!!! To be 40 years younger and on the prowl-----Oh well, back to Enterprise Car Rental.
The paperwork was minimal and painless. Jason asked for my license and credit card, a few questions as to why I needed the car and where I was going. He explained the "ins and outs" of the contract, gave me a choice of vehicles and once selected, he had it brought to the front. We inspected it together. No Boston traffic reject here!!
I explained to him, that I might need the car an extra day but would not know until later, if this was so. He said that was not a problem. Jason handed me the keys and I was on my way.
I kept the car the extra day, as I suspected, and upon return there was no hassle. (No police after me for a stolen car, either.) Again, we checked out the car for bumps and scratches and there we none. Pretty much the same clean car I had driven away in.
The charges for the rental were $39.90 a day, plus $5.00 for an extra driver, plus $5.00 for insurance. Mileage up to 150 miles, free. Pretty fair, I would say. The total bill was $94.90 and I paid without question.
Jason offered to drive me home, but I had to refuse (shucks) as my daughter waited for me, in my van.
If you need a car rental, Enterprise Car Rental service is a good place to go. You will be in for a pleasant experience.
I wish I could say, "Ask for Jason", but there is only one of him.
