Pros: The car drove
Cons: service, cars, and everything else
After spending two and a half hours trying to find a car that I had been told would be at Hertz when I got there, and then having to come back and find another one because the break warning light came on, I was finally able to leave Hertz. Then, the tire pressure warning light came on, which I took care of as it is simple enough to fix. On returning the car, I was told I would have to pay a $50 cleaning fee for the dog hair in the car. I explained to the manager that I had told the man helping me when I got the car that we had a dog. He did not say this was a problem, although the manager told me that pets are not allowed in the cars. No where in the agreement does it say this, but I took the car all the way home to vacuum it because the manager refused to let me return the car without paying if I didn't. I do not recommend Hertz to anyone who is looking for reliable service or employees who will take responsibility for their mistakes. STAY AWAY.
