Hertz withdrew over $800 from my account when my insurance was suppose to pay the whole thing. an employee made an error on the initial reservation but they didnt catch it until a couple weeks later when i brought the car in to get it swapped. instead of calling my insurance to get it correct like he told me he was going to, he charged me after i left. It was friday and im sure he was trying to get out of there for the weekend, horrible customer service. ever since, i have been getting the run around, literally. They are so passive about it, they tell me call corporate, so i do. corparate says , very rudely, "what do you want us to do, there is nothing i can do at this end until they close the account, call the location you got the car from and take it up with them". WTH, so i call them back. later they call me and say its fixed. days later my money is still not in my account so i call them. they say, oh, well call your bank. i called the bank, they say they havnt recieved anything from them and that there isnt anything showing them putting the money back in. I try to call Hertz to ask if they will call my bank directly as the bank requested i do, and Hertz is not picking up the phone, automated machine and its only 4:15 pm
