With my personal travels, I will first call Thrifty and rent a car. It has been my experience that are cooperative and willing to help and assist. Normally I have used the Thrifty in Salt Lake City, Utah.
As I have used them there have been times when the car size that I have requested is not available. When this has happened, I have been given a larger, sometimes sportier, rental then requested for the same price as the smaller rental. I have found this to be a wonderful service and now find myself hoping that my car is not available so an upgrade maybe possible.
The airport shuttle is timely and polite, always willing to grab and lift the bags. Not to mention that you feel safe traveling in the vans as well. Salt Lake Shuttle vans were upgraded a little over a year ago, a great improvement from the old smaller vans.
In Bellevue, Washington, I found it cheaper and move convenient to use Thrifty when my wife and I moved into our first home. Thrifty moving trucks come with a lift or ramp slide. I found ours to be clean and the service from the store was polite as well.
I believe that Thrifty and I will continue to do business. Especially if they remain friendly, service minded and priced right.
