I'm a 20-something without kids and I LOVE Fantasmic. I actually hated it as a child when I first saw it in '93 in Disneyland (too scary!), but loved it years later when it moved to MGM and I saw it again :)

Fantasmic is a great show. I've seen it myself, and I don't find the plot of the show that hard to follow. Maybe it's because when I see the show, I try and get there almost 2 hours before the show so I could get right up front and in the middle. It really is different when you watch the show from the edges, and when you watch it from right up front in the middle. But the plot might be difficult for a younger kid, but usually they are only interested in seeing the characters anyway. A great storyline about Mickey's dream, and then the evil queen taking over. Could Mickey save the day? Great show for the whole family!

I saw this show for the first time at Disneyland in CA and thought it was just terrific. Glad you enjoyed it too!
