While visiting EPCOT Center's World Showcase, the Japan pavillion was one of the most alluring to me! The architecture is fantastic and resembles the real structures. It is very picturesque and quaint while still being lively and bustling- much like the actual Japan!
My favorite part of the Japan pavillion was, no doubt, the large gift shop. If you're a collector, an Anime fan, or just an overall Japan enthusiast, then this is the place for you! You'll find practically anything that is native to Japan in this store! There is a wide array of kimonos and traditional wear from the country as well as perfumes and fragrances which linger throughout the room. There is a large section of furniture and home decors which will add a taste of the Orient to any home! A toy section is also featured in the large market. This section has become very popular over the years since the growing popularity of Anime. If you're looking for Pokemon stuff- they have it here!
My favorite part of the store is the food market, though! Being from South Florida, there aren't many Japanese markets here so being able to taste some of their delicacies is a real treat!
So if you're looking for a nice piece of Asia during your Disney vacation, be sure to head by Japan on your next trip to EPCOT Center!
