| badmom's Full Review: Cinderella's Golden Carrousel |
The second she saw this carrosel, she was hooked. She begged and begged until my husband agreed to stand in line and take her on it. The photo on my refridgerator in the Goofy frame is of her, beaming from the back of a gilded pony!
The carrosel is elegant, and has the unmistakable charm that most carrosels have--what is it, the music? The horses painted in their finery? Who knows, but they have been around for years and years, and still hold some magic spell over us.
The horses on this particular one are exceedingly detailed and elegant. The artisans who created this ride, put alot of love into the project, and it shows. The main portion of the carosel is mirrored and painted to perfection, and the music makes a perfect backdrop to the illusion.
The lines actually moved pretty quickly, and she completly enjoyed her ride on the magical horse. While it moves relatively slow, it seems that you are flying as you whip around and around.
I'm sure had they allowed it she would have stayed on and ridden over and over again. Being with a group, we had to move on, she would have been happy to spend the day there.
If you have a small one, don't pass this old favorite by. It may not swoop and loop and dip and drop, but they will love their ride on the painted horses!
