Pros: Convenient location in downtown.
Cons: Unprofessional staff
Poor facilities
The Bottom Line: Not all 24 hour fitness centers suck. I've been to other centers where the facilities are much better, and the staff members are much more professional.

| cinnamon9500's Full Review: 24 Hour Fitness |
I was recently pushed into getting a membership at a 24-hour fitness. It was a nightmarish experience. I was set up with a trainer, whose only motivation was to try to bully me into buying pills and supplements so he could get some more commission. When he had me doing sets, he would often walk off and chat with his co-workers or other people he recognized from the gym. To explain why I needed to purchase more sessions with him, he insinuated I needed to go on a diet (I'm 5'7" and weigh 115 pounds.) When I called him on the fact that I didn't think his plan for me was what I had in mind, he got his co-workers to jump on me for "being difficult." Then, he kept cancelling his sessions with me, and when I asked for a new trainer, he kept saying he didn't have time to set me up with a new person.
Aside from the unprofessional customer service I received, the facility itself was a rat hole- broken equipment, dirty locker rooms with showers that are forever out of order, no soap in the dispenser, dirty bathrooms, no TP, and the list can go on and on!!
The reason why I still give 24-hour fitness 3 stars and would recommend the gym is because I've had better experiences at other facilities in the same city. You just have to find the one that's right for you.
