I Joined 24 hour about 2 years ago, at a time where the principle facility in Omaha was being built and the temporary quarters were marginal at best. All the firm's money was sunk into the premier location being built and nothing was spent on the upkeep of the temporary locations. So it was a big relief to see the new facility open, later than anticipated.
Unfortunately, much of the staf changed when the new location opened, so some of those trainers who first worked with us were not present shortly after the grand opening. The new staff was just that; NEW!! And not very helpful, I'm afraid.
Still, The equipment was almost all brand new as was the pool and sauna. They have been negligent in cleanliness in and around the locker rooms and the pool, sauna area. I guess it is because of the 24hour open issue which precludes thorough cleaning.
