I am extremely happy to have joined 24 Hour Fitness.I had previously belonged to Gold's Gym, which was fine but did not have near the amenities for about the same price. I pay 19 dollars a month .. Gold's was 18 per month. However 24 Hour fitness Sports club, not all are sports clubs, Have a fabulous array of equipment which the employees know about and will help you with.They are also friendly. Also there is a heated pool, a Sauna room, a Steam room and a Spa. Of course there a re showers and everything is reasonably clean.I love the place and couldn't live without it.However no place is perfect. The employees or company could be more attentive to members desires and needs as opposed to just selling memberships, but otherwise the 19 a month is a great bargain.Trying to get them to do something or take care of something can take a while or be ignored, though they are friendly and respectful. Sometimes if you belong to certain companies or health plans or join as a family, there are discounts.
I stop on my way home from work and feel so much better when I get home.I get some exercise and always use the steam room and spa, Love it.
