Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: you name it
The Bottom Line: I dont recommend. They have sales reps that are fatter than santa clause trying to sell you a membership. Is that what happens to you when you join there club?

| ironwillscott's Full Review: Bally Total Fitness |
I work at Bally Total Fitness and I watched how that company screws people over time and time again. It is so bad that I work there and even I am not a member there. That is right I pay a lot of money every year to go to a completely different gym, just so I dont have to workout there.
The club is very dirty and yet I am told by members from the otherside of the country that it is extremely clean compared to their home state bally's Now I have watched what happens when bally's does not have any porters on staff, no one cares and everything gets so filthy that no one wants to use it.
Before going to look at Bally's club you might want to note that it is the company's policy to push sales quotas. The club itself has a total quota and then all of the sales reps (as they call themselves) have a single quota. They even go as far as to have a big dry erase board in the main office to keep track of everyones "number." Now keep in mind as they are throwing their sales pitch at you, "Do I really need this fitness or is this person just trying to reach there quota." I know that if I was looking for a place to workout at I would not want to have to worry about that.
