Living near a large urban area often gives you a wide variety of gyms to choose from including YMCA's, local gyms, and the nationwide exercise clubs such as Golds Gym, and such as Ballys Fitness
So Whats good about Bally's Fitness?
Well, for one they are nationwide so if you want to exercise in another Ballys location somewhere else in the country you can do that which is a good thing.
And since Bally is one of the larger exercise clubs, this also gives them the distinct advantage of having lots of the newest and best equipment. You want free weights of all kinds and weights, shrug bars, the latest machines, well Bally will most likely have them at your disposal for your exercising pleasure. Maintenacewise, depending on where you go it can be either heaven or hell, or in laymans terms either great maintenance or rather a distinct lack of it. Just depends on the location IMO.
So whats the DEALIE O with Ballys? aka whats wrong with Ballys)
This place enjoys the same redudant type of ppl i dont enjoy aka the commision sellers which you often find in those retail outlets such as Gap, The Buckle etc. All of which means of 1 thing, youll often get hard selled and if your not careful, get deceived by their tricks to get you to sign the longest contract which to them = more $$$$.
Advice to you is to take your due time and due diligence with the contract if u choose to pursue a membership at Ballys because the contracts can vary and meet them on your demands not theirs.
So in SURMISE....
Well considering the benefits to negatives ratio, I would say if you are looking for a good place to workout with a good social atmosphere, then Ballys Fitness will fit the bill. However, take note there are much bettter places to exercise without the potential negatives that Ballys has such as exercising at home. However if you dont have the capital for that, Ballys will be a good fit for your exercise needs.
