This gym is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. They have endless racks of freeweights and multiple ways to work out each muscle. This gym is not for wimps,though. This is Arnold's Gym. There are arobics machines and stairstepers that are excellent and quality machinery. I would not expect anything less from Gold's Gym. Some athletes who train there will help you out if you ask nicely. If you try some of the machines that are newer and more futurististic(the ones with hydrolics) you will recieve a better work out than you have ever felt in your life. I have nothing more to say but "give it a try and you'll be hooked for life". Thank you for reading my article.
