Ok I have tried this diet and I must say its wonderful for anyone who just loves to eat! First you have to cut out the carbs which means NO bread, sugar rice pasta's or sweets. Sounds cruel right? Well to tell ya the truth I didn't even care I was so happy that I could be full and not feel cheated. I mean I could get up in the morning and have eggs and bacon or sausage. Hey I welcome a big ole western omelete with meat on the side!! Diet? It sure doesn't feel like one, ok so u can't have biscuts or toast but hey thats easy compared to the other diets where bacon sausage and eggs (scrambled in butter even) aren't permitted, yes I will forfeit the bread! Ok there are so many combinations u can do for lunch and suppers and even snacks. I for example have tuna salad, yes thats right u can even have the mayo, for lunch with lettuce salad whopped with high fat dressing even, if u normally like crackers with this well. you can opt for pork rinds(yes thats right) so actually u dont miss a thing except a pound a day!! Also out to dinner at a restaraunt? HEy have the buffet cos in the book it lists all the food u can have and hell theres plenty on the buffet of foods u love and can have! To tell ya the truth this is a diet I could easily live with for life, the only time I catch myself cheating is not from lack of willpower because the diets hard, its just after a long day and the kids want pizza so I break over. Ok ok go out and get the book or go to the website!! You just have to try this if u want the easy way out and love to eat! You've nothing to lose but the weight. Which by the way the first 5 days i lost none and by the fifth day i had lost 5 pounds and its a pound a day after til u lose all u want!! I mean how hard can it be? Or better yet how great it can be!!
