Pros: You will feel your absolute best physically
Cons: It can take some time to prepare and shop for the foods that you need. Especially if you have a busy schedule. Attempt a time change. It is worth it.

I've never really had a problem with weight, but when I found this book I was not very healthy. I knew that I needed to make some lifestyle change.
This book has changed my life. Plus I lost ten pounds in the process.
I will definitetly continue the food combination and food cleansing principles.
The "Lifestyle" is the model of health. One should be very cautious and consider Doctor's advice if diabetes is a factor.
The book teaches you to eat smaller amounts at one time, but more meals throughout the day. This keeps you from feeling tired and burned out after a big meal.
The results where noticeable in about two weeks. In that time I lost ten pounds and felt like a new person.
I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about feeling better physically and emotionally. It is a great book to begin a study in Natural Health.
