I just love this program. I started out at 158.5 and one week later Iweighed in at 154.5. That's 4 lbs in one week on Medifast!!! I am 5 feet 5 inches. In the last year I have lost 30 pounds on my own by doing the low carb thing, which works great, but my weight loss stalled big time so I needed to somehow jump start it again so that's why I decided on Medifast. I did it after my daughter was born almost 10 years ago and loved the program then. I think I lost about 25 lbs and kept it off for a lot of years. Anyone deciding whether or not to do it.....just do it! It is hard in the beginning, I won't lie, but when you see those numbers dropping, it gets you so darn motivated. It really gets easier. I am just a week and a half into the program and my hunger has dissipated completely. I bought the 4 week supply and will order random boxes from here on out because you get into a pattern and realize what you like and don't like. 10 years ago I loved the eggs and now think they are vile along with the chocolate chip cookie....ugh! I love every single soup and oatmeal. Only love the chocolate and vanilla shakes. Love the soy crackers with my soup everyday. The soft serves are delish. I just hate how much yukky gas I have on this program. Sorry.... (TMI)!!!!! Good luck to you all!
