I was getting a little bit sloppy around the edges and decided that instead of actually working, I would just take one of those supplements my wife uses. Well let me tell you something: that was a mistake. This stuff is quite possibly the worst and most vile substance that I have ever come in contact with and the idea of using it for anything other than rodent extermination in completely ludicrous. What the package declines to tell you is that Medifast.plus is basically a laxative, at least it was for me. I was unable to leave the house, let alone my bathroom for about 12 hours.
If you are looking for an effective body-friendly slef improvement tool, buy a friggin' stair-master or go walk the dog, for god-sake do not put this in your body!!
