| sarabas's Full Review: NutriSystem Weight Loss Program |
I've been on NutriSystem for a week, bought through QVC. It's the weekends off program, so I figured I'd never get bored with the same foods since I could choose my own on the weekends. I had expected to have to endure mediocre food for months until I lost my weight, but I find the food to be quite good. Especially the dinner entrees, which are much better than comparable frozen entrees available to anyone at the grocery store. I like to graze, so I tend to split up meals to eat separately (such as fruit first thing in the morning, and an hour or so later, a cereal, etc.) It seems to be working well, and I've already lost 5 lb. I'm not hungry and I look forward to dinner at night. Some foods aren't as tasty as others, but I haven't run across any that are bad tasting--and I tend to be a little picky. In regard to cost, I figure I'm probably spending more on takeout, so I'm actually saving money.
