Pros: If you can stand the food you probably will lose weight. easy returns

Cons: Food has a horrible aftertaste.

I ordered the program last week after viewing the commercial. I thought I'd give it a try since the pre-packaged foods are effort less. The food is beyond bad...I found it nausating...the "pop tart-like substance" I tried to eat for breakfast left such a bad aftertaste that I wanted to vomit. Same thing goes with their choc granola bar. Their honey-mustard pretzels were pretty good, but I don't think they are much different than what you would buy in the store. Needless to say, I didn't make it through breakfast and the food went back.
