Pros: Easy to follow plan, filling, good food, responsive service

Cons: expensive, must substitute own food and portion size when at goal.

I am 56yrs old and since 9/28/06 I have lost 37lbs.
Went from 149lbs 5ft 2in. to 112lbs. as of 3/14/07.

I find the food is very good , easy to follow plan with all your own ad ins. I am now starting maintenance and with the help of the members on the bulletin boards I can see how to sub my own food for their NS entrees. Its like anything else, If I want to stay in my size 8, I need to watch portions and WHAT I eat now! NS helped me to do this without being hungry! Very satisfied
