Well I finally did it, you are probably asking what. I finally went on a diet with my wife. Even though Nutrisystem offers a support system you and your spouse will be support for each other and that is a lot better to go on a diet with somebody than by yourself. There will be times that you will get low enough will power department and you will need help from your spouse, and if they are any good they will be there for you and help you out to hold the temptation off, so that you can complete your commitment to this program. My wife and I have tried several different programs, starting with the famous subway one. It eventually was costing us a lot more than this program does. This program will actually save you money, because you will not have to buy a lot of extra food. All you need to do is follow the plan. It will also keep you from going out to eat all the time. It is very nice because my wife and I have spread each of our food out on tables. When we are ready to eat dinner or lunch, all we have to do is go into the other room, and it is just like having a grocery store in the next room.
Different Programs
There are several different types of programs to choose from and depending on if you are a male or female will depend on the programs that you can choose from. They are basically the same. There is the men's and women's regular program, men's and women's silver program for older men or women; they even have a diabetic program for men or women. My wife and I have been on this diet for a little over a month. And she has lost 17 pounds, and I have lost 15 pounds, and our willpower is still there.
