I used to be fat. Well, what I call fat. I am 6 feet tall, and I used to weigh 180. But this whole summer I starved myself and I watched what I ate. and it worked. I lost 15 pounds in 3 months. YEEHAA! I feel awesome
Starving yourself feels horrible, but its worth it. I look great. and after awhile, your stomach shrinks, and you need less food.
I can wear 2 piece bathingsuits now and feel confident.
I eat 1 bad thing a day. whatever it is... chocolate, or a cookie.
This is a typical meal for me;
breakfast- NONE! never! NEVER EVER EAT BREAKFAST!! it makes you fat!! all those stupid doughnuts and heavy cream in coffee. and tons of calories in cereal! its all evil!!!!
lunch- a salad consisting of 2 tomatoes, lettuce, a few olives and a slight drizzle of italian salad dressing. 1 banana
DRINK- TONS of water
snack-1 oatmeal cookie and a few crackers
dinner- salad, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach.
dessert- a peice of chocolate cake.
I'm also a vegetarian. happy dieting.
oh yeah, I dont exercise
