Purchase?? (Reply to this comment)
by marcandsandi
Robin,
Where do you purchase Weight Watchers at Home? I fit within the Weight Watchers appropriate weight range for my size. Thus, I am not eligible to join Weight Watchers.
However, I would like all the information as I want to loose a few pounds so I feel better.
Help.
Thanks.

Being an exiled-health freak (Reply to this comment)

I've piled on the pounds since I gave up soccer a few years back. Now I have a new passion: kicking people very hard (otherwise known as kickboxing) and that sagginess has just got to go.
So even though I'm a bloke (people who, by tradition, are not allowed to diet) I think I'll give this one a go.
Did they happen to mention a six-pack of lager being on the list?

Sounds like you need the incentive to eat healthier that this program provides, but I like my stir frys homemade. Yum!

This is a much needed review at this time of the year. I have been indulging in comfort foods even before the holidays, and the holidays gave me an excuse to bake a lot of my favorite high calorie foods. With just my daughter and myself to eat the goodies,- well, I didn't do either my daughter or myself any favors. I was shocked when I weighed myself January 2 to learn that I had gained about 15 pounds since my last weigh in. Thanks for a timely reminder to get on the ball, so I can get on the scale without hating myself. Happy New Year, Robin, to you and yours.

Happy New Year, Robin! (Reply to this comment)

It would be nice to shed those pounds which seem to be permanently adhered to the hips! I've never tried weight watchers, it sounds like their program has come a long way.
Now, if I could only skip the chocolate and that relaxing glass of wine at night, I wouldn't have to worry about it! As usual, it's all about choices - darn!
Great review!
