You're welcome. The At-Home plan is so wonderful - I have no idea why they don't advertise it more widely. The meeting dynamic just doesn't work for people like us!

I have also been on this plan. And you are right...it is fantastic. More like a lifestyle change than a diet.
I didn't realize they had an At-Home plan. I, also, hated attending meetings. I find that I set myself up for comparisons that sometimes make me feel that I've failed. I'm not a competitive type and tend to just give up and quit.
I plan to try this At Home plan.
