Pros: Easy to use, large tank, some dishwasher safe parts.
Cons: Expensive, a pain the take apart to clean, loud on "hi".

I've had my humidifier for over a year now and have never had the problems you mentioned. I'm sorry you had a problem, but I still stand behind my recommendation.

Great review as always, Lisa. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels some "pressure" to come up with a good title -- sometimes I want to just put the product name in there and leave it at that. LOL!
