This washer is so easy to use, and I like the style. I saw this product at Lowe's and had to have it. I opted out of home delivery and installed it myself. Installation was easy, it came with an installation guide but realy the installation was almost like intuition. The washer itself was not that heavy, and was able to load it and unload it myself in the back of my truck without any help. The washer came with new hoses, and some promotional detergents and fabric softeners. Over all I am very pleased with this washer.
