Wilton has a nice collection of Spider-Man themed party items and decorations; there are two different portions to the series and some of them are discontinued so if you are looking to get these online from a third party site you need to know the product numbers so you get the exact item you want. Both legs of the series are nice looking but the Spider Sense products are the newer ones and the ones that you are more likely to find in retail stores that carry Wilton products. They are a nice thing to have if you are going to have a piñata but there isn't a spot on the bag to write kids name so you might want to add a sticker to them so you can avoid fighting over the bags.

Treat bags are a nice thing to have if you are planning a party; you can use them to pack up cookies or for kids to use to hold their piñata fodder. There are limitations to the bags, once you open them up they start to wrinkle so there's no way to reuse them. These are not paper, they are a thin cellophane. You do get twist ties with them but if you are going to use them with the bag you need to leave at least an inch at the top of the bag so you can tie it off. If you are planning a web-slinging party these bags are a cool thing to get and since they are only about two dollars a bag it's not an expensive thing to get. If you want to use these as a gift bag you are going to be limited by the size but for smaller things it works great. If you are going to wrap it in tissue paper to keep it completely hidden you can but you might have some trouble getting it in to the bag.

The design of the bag is classic Spider-Man but now they have the Spider Sense wording on them. The new bags have Spider-Man in different poses along with little red spiders. The older version of the bag had only Spider-Man's head with blue spiders and spider webs. The new bag has the product number 1912-5062, and the old bag is 1912-5052. Those numbers are close so you are going to be careful if you are getting them online; the Wilton Online Store does not sell the older bags so if you are ordering them there you are going to get the newer design. You can still get the older bag design at third party online sites but you might have to pay more for them.

These are average size for a party bag; they are a little higher than nine inches so they are capable of holding a lot of stuff but if you are using these for little toys or things with hard edges you might end up with some of them ripping. You are getting sixteen per pack so if you are expecting fifteen kids you might want to get an extra pack just to be on the safe side. These are also great for packing up baked goods and treats for kids or parents so they don't end up making a mess in the car. When I got these for an adult friend who wanted a Spider-Man themed party he was pretty stoked when he saw them. I also had friends that were planning a non-typical wedding and were both Spider-Man lovers so grabbing things like this for them and for their collection was a no-brainer.  If you are planning a Spider-Man themed party and have a couple bucks left in the budget, these are an awesome pick.
