Pros: Worthy addition to the best action/role-playing game of all-time. Cons: New level is physically huge, taking lots of running around to cover.
This expansion has had as much hype--and lead time--as many full-fledged games. But there turns out to be a very good reason this.
More than just adding a level V to the Diablo 2 storyline, or even a couple of new character classes, Blizzard...

Pros: character development,on-line play Cons: story line
When the original Diablo debuted I was at best a mild fan of the game. The lack of character development and story line was not compensated for me by heavy hack and slash nature of the game so many people seem to like. So, needless to say, I didn’t...

Pros: Easy-to-play, great graphics, almost universal appeal, little blood. Cons: I can't think of any.
I have to say that I'm old enough to have been playing computer games for a long, long time. I was there when Atari came out with the 2600. However, except for the latest installments of Zelda I've been largely unenthused about newer games, especially...

Pros: New items, two new classes, new sockets, new quests Cons: Still not enough space for all the great stuff you find
This expansion is great. Let me list some of the new features that are offered here in this fully packed addition to an already spectacular game!
Two new classes: The Druid and the Assassin. The Druid is a summoner like the...

Pros: Fun, graphics, multi-player Cons: NONE
This is a GREAT game. I am still playing it right now. The reason that I bought this game was because of all the awards and recognition the original Diablo received. Diablo II was a little expensive but it is SO worth it!!
The characters to...

Pros: Another Blizzard masterpiece; expansion to the long-awaited Diablo II Cons: Multiplayer issues on Battle.net, Blizzard's free internet gaming service, can get annoying
Everyone makes mistakes, right? The same can be said for businesses and corporations: Once in a while, they'll have a project that winds up losing money and being a complete waste of time.
Blizzard Entertainment has yet to experience that....

Pros: Overall fun, large replay value, graphics decent Cons: Music less than inspiring, sad attempt at a plot, click and shoot system, LAG
My sister and I have been playing D2 for some time now. We had recieved a copy of the original from one of my friends. A few of our other friends also play the game. We find it very amusing, however we aren't at all amused with the unreliability and...

Pros: Graphics, sound and difficulty Cons: You can't save from where you're at.
I'm a girl. I don't like playing (as my uncle puts it) "Little Dolly-dress-up." Diablo is certainly the coolest game to play, even for girls.
Ever since I played Diablo I for the first time, I was hooked. Soon after my whole family...

Pros: Excellent game play interface, exceptional story line, great for multiplaying, deluxe edition comes with paper and pencil dice edition Cons: Outdated graphics, A bit to easy
I have recently purchased this awesome game that you are now reading about. And as a fan of the first Diablo game and it's expansion set, Hellfire, I expected to see many a great thing from the wonderful company of Blizzard, and I was surely not...

Pros: nice graphics, fun gameplay, diablo is actually hard to kill Cons: Battle.net has servers made of cups and strings. lag is a serious issue. PvP is not set up well, since you drop an ear every time you die, therefore dueling games are littered with thousands of ears.
Diablo 2 is unlike any other rpg out there. It is unique from any other games out there. Diablo 2 is a great game that will sap hours of hours from your life (in a good way). Its one of those addictive games that you will keep coming back too over and...

Pros: You play play online with your friends! Cons: Getting knocked offline while fighting.
I originally bought this game for my husband over Christmas. But, I am the one who plays it most. I love this game! There are so many rare and unique items for you to find, it's almost like Pokemon, I gotta find 'em all! You find gold all over the place,...

Pros: Addictivity, Great Character Building, Fast Action Cons: Battlenet multiplayer service is not reliable yet
I think there must be some addictive chemical they put on the installation c.d. rom so that when you touch it, you are compelled to spend all your free time playing this game. I have played as every character, and there is much replay value. I thought...

Pros: New classes, new items, new ACT Cons: Bad performance on higher end system..?
First of all, I'd like to start off saying that I wrote a review of Diablo II as soon as I got my hands on a copy. I I noted that I was impressed by the gameplay.
However, the review doesn't end their, because I was VERY unimpressed that...
