Cons: See above comments. Overpriced, uncomfortable and non-compromising.

Sydney 4W Drive Tour to the Blue Mountains Tour This company was way too expensive for what you get. If you sit in the back of the bus you will get no air flow..very hot and uncomfortable. Promises things that are not fulfilled such as Billy Tea. Lunch was awful. Does not provide any drinks except caffeinated coffee once. Does not consider food allergies. Lunch was chewy beef tips..no other options provided. Driver talks about his personal life. A very long, hot, thirsty, boring and overpriced tour. Tour operators did not prepare us such as suggesting water only to drink, sunscreen, or bring your own snacks. We went with other tour companies in other cities and had much better success. Just an example of how bad this was, everyone on the bus except one person took an alternate way home at our own cost. Suggest you wear closed toe shoes for the Wildlife Park as you get your shoes caked with kangaroo poo.

I have returned yesterday from the most wonderful experience of my life an eight day Tour of Tasmania with your company. The outstanding scenery of this state has won my heart forever. Your tour director and driver were fantastic I could not of asked for better, this is the first time I have been on a coach tour and I had no preconceived idea of what I was in for. If this is a sample of your tours then I will definitely be back for more.
