Continental Airlines Vacations

Pros: low prices, discounted first class on Continental available, good hotels
Cons: almost no service provided, problems with paperwork

Pros: nothing pro and I urge people not to use the on-line booking site.
Cons: Dishonest and rude people at their customer service telephone number unwilling to correct problems.
