Trust a dotcom for international travel?

Pros: instant online low prices and real time availability of travel arrangements
Cons: Some adjustments need to be made on the phone.

Go elsewhere for hotel only bookings!

Pros: Availability is better than other operators.
Cons: Hotel cancellation penalties are unreasonable. Flight options from the US are undesirable.
e-vacations was able to find availability at one of our choice hotels when absolutely no other booking service was able to and the hotel itself stated unavailability. (Their providers must block out rooms for certain dates to make this possible.)
