Excellent accommodations and Travel arrangements

Pros: I can think of nothing positive about gate 1's handling of this situation.
Cons: Gate 1 does not secure customers valuables or assume responsibility for their negligence.

Pros: Value, top notch hotels, variety of excursions and wonderful guides.
Cons: We were hit with fuel surcharges until the trip was fully paid for.

Pros: There is absolutely NOTHING positive about this company. Italy was awesome though.
Cons: Customer service is horrible. Thanks for stealing my money.
