I used Goway to plan an Australia trip, luckily in the low tourist period. I had already chosen where I wanted to go & found a corresponding tour itinerary on their website. The agent was very responsive & helpful, although it seemed if she had been there more recently or frequently, it may have been more useful. We are travelers that like to explore on our own & use occasional tours. It would have been helpful to know the exact size of the tours we signed up for before going. For us, the low tourist season helped in keeping the tour numbers down, but I suspect in other seasons, it would have been horribly crowded. We had a very good time, but would like a few more tours between the completely guided tour & completely independent options.

Goway arranged for every trip between airport/hotel/tours except a few, which were easily walked or cabbed. They use a voucher system which worked well & in Australia, it almost didn't seem necessary since everyone is so laid back there.
