Great trips......Corporate Staff Not Service Oriented

Pros: The local drivers and guides are excellent and accommodating. Group size allows for diversity, interest.
Cons: The home office lacks a service orientation,an attitude adjustment would be helpful.
The tour companies used by International Expeditions are superior.....The trips are excellent, connections smooth, local guides are extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and caring. We found one of our hotels below the standard indicated in the Brochure.
The Alabama staff makes you feel unimportant.
