    Pros: OUR newly acquired understanding of Israel BOTH  yesterday and today.
    Cons: The Israel office of Isram - one representative never returned phonecall for help

    Pros: Good itinerary, guide, hotels, meals, group.
    Cons: Trip was too short but that is not Isram's fault.

    Summary: Recently went on Isram's Israel Overture 11 day tour of Israel (Isram at www.Isram.com). I was satisfied with the tour, hotels meals and guide were good. Itinerary was great, I felt I got an introduction to Israel which made me want to visit again

    Pros: Organized; pleasant, very knowledgeable guides.
    Cons: Too much time allowed on tours for shopping.
