Sunburst Holidays, the travel mixup specialists!

Pros: inexpensive, many destinations
Cons: terrible flight ticket mixup; name and room almost got mixed up too
My girlfriend and I booked air (Air Jamaica) and hotel accommodations through Sunburst Holidays for our weeklong anniversary vacation over Thanksgiving. After straightening out a mixup with my girlfriend's first name, we paid in full about 2 months...
