Very disappointed in the service given us for mistake TI made in booking a reservation. Booked trip to Brazil for clients and made payments got travel documents everything confirmed however, when traveler called hotel they advised reservation had been cancelled. We immediately called TI only to be told for 5 weeks they are working to resolve this problem and would get back with us. They never called back, we called everyday for 2 weeks and spoke to several different managers who also said they would call back but never did. On Monday Feb. 5 10 days before the clients were to leave I called and was advised that all had been resolved but the fax never came. I am very upset that we had to call Brazil several times, spend days calling TI and no results.
My husband booked our honeymoon to Cozumel Mexico with travel impressions. We were not able to go due to hurricane Dean. They were evacuating the country and all flights were canceled. We talked to travel impressions and after a long argument they said they would reimburse us. They never did. We never heard from them again. I can't believe they wouldn't do that or bend over backwards to help out a customer when it isn't our fault that we can't go. That is messed up and I will NEVER use them again and I recommend to everyone not to use them because they will rip you off.

I recently had to cancel a vacation package I booked with a Travel Impression reseller because I was terribly over charged and received none of the amenities that were offered by the destination property to guest that booked direct.
I bought the cancel for any reason plan, but my refund was delayed when a TI representative insisted that I provide excessive documentation (specifically the airline ticket receipt that could be easily tracked in their computer system). My impression of their service was that I got the run around and delay on a prompt refund.
I recommend that other potential customers consider their destination, get a quote from an agency and then compare that offer with any that you can find on your own within 24 hours. You are sure to come out ahead of what you'd get through TI.
