Pros: Size, comfort, cup holders, fairly low cost maintenance Cons: SIZE, SIZE, SIZE The Bottom Line: A great truck for people who need the space!
My husband leased a new, 1999 Suburban when he started having to tote around his prototype speakers and all the other audio gear you need to listen to the speakers. He looked at several other vans, trucks, and SUV -- but decided on the Suburban because...

My son-in-law is like the guy in the Isuzu ad, he has a car for every day of the week. He's gotten 3 new cars since January. I'm serious. He takes incredibly good care of his cars , as does his whole family-he is the guy to buy a second hand car from...

Pros: Overall excellence in design, plus massive power, roominess and comfort Cons: GM inconsistent quality, junk OEM tires, leather The Bottom Line: Great design still needs to tweak some component and assembly issues to keep the legend alive.
There are already many reviews on the Suburban. So rather than focus too much on features and design, I'm going to take a slightly different tack. Less comment on product and more on experience with quality and service. This is a summary of my experience...

Pros: Great ride, nice sound system, lots of room Cons: Driver head and leg room are sparse for anyone over 6'3", 17" tires not available
I was in the market for a new vehicle, and being 6'6", and 300+ pounds, I don't have the luxury of being able to pick and choose any car or truck off a lot that I like. The good news is that I actually love the larger vehicles, not only because of...

Pros: size, interior space, convenience Cons: gas mileage, braking, hard to turn
Is it worth the gas money? In my opinion, no, it isnt. Sure, the Suburban is a good family car and powerhouse on the road, but there are a lot of minuses to this vehicle. I will start with the good aspects though.
