Pros: Steering, handling, power, performance, looks
Cons: Not recognized in the USA as much as other cars.
Best handling of any car I have ever driven. The Lotus Esprit sits low,and in my opinions turns more heads than Ferrari or Porsche. The classic lines of the Lotus may be older than most super cars, but the curves on this baby are incredible. The 4 cylinder model is impressive, the V8 is insane. The power is held in play by possibly the best steering and handling setup on the planet.
I have done 150+ MPH in England in one of these. Does not feel like you are doing anything over 70mph, aside from passing people like they are sitting still (they are doing 90. Absolutly dead solid.
Buy one, Experience one, rent one, borrow one, drive one before you die. Yes, the Lotus Esprit is THAT good.
