Cons: Parts slow from Aprilia USA. Piaggio has bought Aprilia. Hopefully this will improve.

Summary: I have ridden a 2001 Suzuki SV650 for the last three years, after returning to bikes after a 20 year absence. This naked SV, once the suspension, carbs and exhaust were corrected, is quick, light and especially fun to ride on twisty country roads outside ... read more

Pros: Fun, Comfortable, handling, styling, not many on the road
Cons: Parts hard to get, seat height could be a little lower for us short people

Summary: I purchased my 2001 Scarabeo in March 2003 used. The more I drive it the more I seem to like it. My main complaint is that I am just a little too short at 5’ 5”. I have to lean the bike slightly to one side to get my foot flat on the ground. ... read more
