This is my second ZX 11 1998, My first was a 1994 D2.
Interesting thing about this bike, the more you ride it the more you like it. For those that do not own one, you'll never know just by looking at it or reading the specifications and stats. This bike is as smooth as a Cad. Seville, but has the voice of a formula race car.
My senses are hightened as I become refamiliar with my just purchased 1998 ZX11. First I notice the steady smooth acceleration, the counter-balancing is top notch. The bike throws you into a very fast mode of acceleration, while purring sooo gentle. Horse-Power with integrity, so tame and civilized. This is NOT a Brute or Animal!!,but instead a very docile lady,well thought out sport touring motorcycle that deserves respect. Sooo Pretty .
You can't avoid growing to love her. She'll make you proud to own her, and I think I speak for all ZX11 "D" model owners.
