Pros: The best bike in the series, fast, sleek and sweet. Cons: Sloppy muffler, basic paint design, cheap looking instrument panel.
You see that picture over there there yeah to the right.. thats my new baby. Help me welcome the newest member into my family introducing (drum roll) . Storm. Thats right Storm. My recent absence from Epinions has been ...
Pros: The new standard for sportbike handling, liter-bike peak horsepower to move 600 class weight, improved ergonomics, outstanding racebike potential Cons: Brake fade from high speeds, extremely narrow powerband, miserable to ride if not being pushed hard
If you hang around long enough you can see a gradual state of evolution in sport bikes. The Yamaha R1 redefined the open class when it landed three years ago. But if you'd spent time on the Honda CBR-900RR a lighter and stronger open class bike like the...
Pros: Best-handling bike ever, much more low-down than the Gixxer 600 Cons: Unpredictable gearbox; stock front brakes are on the spongy side
Frustrated over the Mini-Me power output of my firsthand 1997 GSX-R600, and spoiled by quick jaunts on my buddy's 1998 ZX-9R, I was ready for a migration to the Dark Side--big bore power. I immediately gravitated toward a secondhand 1999 R1, but the deal ...
Pros: Unbelievable handling, wide powerband, screaming exhaust note Cons: Slightly cramped for tall riders, some buzz in mirrors
You could say I moved down in class, from a 1999 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa to the 2000 Suzuki GSX-R 750. But I'd classify it as trading a bit of grunt and top end for the most awesome handling motorcycle I've ever ridden.
Pros: Excellent handling and maneuverability, and will spank many open class bikes. Cons: Somewhat uncomfortable to some riders because of race ergonomics.
I've just bought a new GSX-R750 6 weeks ago and have had the most awesome time riding it. The bike loves to go fast. I haven't quite learned how to just cruise on it yet. I keep finding myself winding that baby out past the 10k RPM mark. The bike is...
Pros: From factory, will outrun and outperform 1000 class bikes Cons: Made for shorter people, seat could use a little more padding for longer rides
the other opinions on here make me sick, narrow powerband, etc., etc. This bike is made and loves to be run hard, and begs for more. Once the tach needle hits 9,000 rpm, HANG ON, because the road is gonna get smaller and move a LOT faster.
I bought...
Pros: Weight, power, aerodynamics, everything... Cons: It migth embarrased some R1s
I bought this motorcycle after selling my 1998 gsxr750. My previous bike was a 1997 Honda VFR. After my Honda got dropped a couple of times and finally stolen, I decided to purchase the gixxer. The difference in weight was unbelievable. The way it...
Pros: fast, crisp handling Cons: a little uncomfortable on long rides
The Suzuki GSXR750 is one mean bike, it's shear power is the key selling point. It started out in 86 as one of the original 1st sport bikes. It was
and still is an extremely fast bike BUT BE WARNED it's not for the novice rider !! The handling is...
Pros: Performance Cons: Not enough hours in the day!
The feel of the Suzuki Gsx-R 750 between your legs is like a comfortable crusie missle. The NEW digital fuel injection can be utilized to your advantage with new equipment. I must say the new bike is the lightest, fastest, and most of all smoothest 2000+...
Anyone who has heard of a motorcycle knows what a GSXR is. If you don't than listen up. The GSXR is a race breed balls to the wall bike. The Gsxr 750 is so light and evenly weighted. Anyone can ride this bike, novice to racer. Want to know about...
Pros: Size, Speed, Money, LOOKS! Cons: None that I have found
Personally, I feel that this is the Ideal Motorcycle. It is the perfect size at only 366 pounds which enables most people to ride this bike easily. Also, I absolutely love the speed and look of the 750. I think that it is the best bike in its...
Pros: The size and power of the bike is like no other. Cons: The bike needs to be a little less bulky
The 750 Gixxer is the best all around bike. Over all for the size and price of the bike it is one of the best deals. One of the best things about the bike is that it is able to take the turns like a 600cc would but it has the power of a 1000cc. I would like to see a difference in the graphics on the bike though; something that sticks out a little more and not so boring.
This bike rocks. I love it and I need more of it. by gmangsxr750 ,Jan 24 '06
Pros: Fast, stylish, aggressive, strong. Cons: Cons on a gixxer.... yah right.
What can you say. The new style gixxer is just beautiful. Strong, fast, aggressive, reliable. We kill our bikes and this thing just keeps going. If you're stunting you should definately get an oil pickup if you're doing long wheelies. Watch out for the cables under the tank on the right by the airbox, they have issues breaking sometimes. Overall I love this thing. I'm actually going to sell my 00 750 so I can get the 04 750.
