Pros: Powerful, torquey, and maneuverable. Quiet and comfortable for long runs. Cons: The clutch is a bit clunky.
Summary: I bought my 2001 Sprint RS about 4 months ago. It had sat for two years with no service other than the initial set-up and had 3 miles on her. I rode it the first day from Salt Lake City to Albuquerque with zero malfunctions. This is a SPORT bike, ... read more

Pros: Engine, badge, build, character, individuality, torque, grunt, pretty much everything. Cons: British weather, no fuel gauage.
Summary: Wow! This is a great bike, only had it for about five months, but constantly on the look at for opportunities to ride it, 'oh you want me to run an errand for you love', sure I say with a wry grin on my face as I gaze longingly outside at the sky. ... read more

Pros: Comfortable, sporty, stable, fun and FUN! Cons: Clunk gear shift, no rear hugger, no fuel gauge
Summary: I am a beginner biker and this is my first motorcycle ever; I bought this brand new (2004) a couple of weeks ago, and it's the Caspian blue color (very sharp). Other than in the riding classes, I never drove a motorcycle before in my life; did plenty of ... read more

Pros: Abundant torque, smooth engine, clean styling, not your everyday sporty-bike. Cons: Tall seat, low bars, needs rear wheel hugger, no standard center stand.
Summary: After reading the other reviews here and on other sites I decided to purchase my 2004 Sprint RS. If you're thinking about getting a Sprint RS you better hurry since this is the last year the model is available! Doesn't hurt that they are priced at ... read more

Pros: Perfect all-arounder for real-world conditions. Sporty, powerful, fuel economy, luggage; nothing missing! Cons: Shifter a bit stiff, mirror stalks on the short side,
suspension a smidge unrefined.
Summary: The Sprint RS fills the bill perfectly for a sports tourer with the emphasis on "sport". I spent many months doing my homework and saving my pennies before taking the plunge. I tried not to be swayed by the heavy panting in the mags over the latest ... read more

Pros: Sexy lines, great finish quality, excessive torque, very stable. Cons: Top end speed a little short of what you'd expect, gets hot quickly in traffic.
Summary: After six years faultless performance from my old Triumph T509 Trident Sprint (green), it was time to do a trade in for something a little more up to date. But what? The Japanese products were good but too single minded, the Triumph TT600 was a little to ... read more

Pros: Great handling, great power, great bike. Cons: Clutch can drag in 1st gear - can also clunk into 2nd.
Summary: My Sprint RS has been a great bike. The only bad things I have to say would be that the clutch drags a bit when starting out (I kill the bike several times a year when with other motorcycles it maybe happened once a year tops) and can really clunk ... read more

Pros: Power, sound, handling, brakes, unique, comfortable Cons: recommended motor oil is pricey
Summary: This a an awesome all around motorcycle. No, its not as fast or flashy as a GSX-R. This might be considered a "gentleman's sportbike". It handles awesome, brakes are awesome, has a good size fuel tank and can be ridden all day comfortably. There are ... read more

Pros: Smooth, Powerful, Versatile, Fun. Spectacular sounding engine. Cons: Unfinished looking interior fairing.
Summary: The 2000 Triumph RS is the best combination of performance, comfort and ability.
Ability to load your gear in the optional top box and tank bag and roll out 400-500 miles a day. The riding position is very comfortable for most riders. I'm ... read more

Pros: Handling, power, good looks Cons: Huh?
Summary: I have to admit that I am in lust with this bike. It has beautiful lines, handles like a dream, has a fuel injected 955cc engine that is simply awesome, and, this is shocking, doesn't require that you be a midget race rider to fit on it. I'm not ... read more

Pros: Beautiful details, paint second to none, tons of torque, handles like a dream, comfortable, Cons: The RS should come factory with rear hugger and self canceling turn signals.
Summary: The first thing that grabs you is the paint on my Sprint RS (lucifer orange). The way the sun causes the metal-flakes in the paint to fade from a golden shimmer into orange changing from every angle. The lines of this bike are pure eye-candy. Then, ... read more

Pros: You'll save yourself a few bucks Cons: lacks the ST's qualitys
Summary: Build is a less expensive alternative to the Sprint ST, the Sprint RS has only some of the ST's advantages. Build is a motorcycle for those who like to see the engine, this new sprint loses the St's single sided swing arm and some suspension flexibility. ... read more

Pros: Torque, flexibility, two up capabilities, WOW factor, individuality, comfort, Cons: no centre stand, one headlight (fixed for $50 and a relay)
Summary: This is an update on my 2003 Sprint RS review from 12 months ago. I bought my bike with only 5000 kilometres on it and have added another 11000 k's in under a year. The bike has proven to be better than I originally thought and reported.I find that
