Summary: I admit I am a fairly green rider -I first had bought my first bike,a brand new 2003 Honda Shadow ACE750 -a great bike but after almost 18 months and 9500 miles it got to feel small especially two up riding or solo in a heavy wind...even though it never ... read more

Pros: Great looks, tons of chrome from factory, real nostalgic look. A head turner Cons: Add-ons are usually specific to the FLSTS model as well as specific year.
Summary: I've had plenty of other bikes in the past from crotch rockets to cruisers. This is by far my favorite. What did I get for my bucks? Of course there's the classic Harley rumble, all though a little weak in this model. Nothing that the Screaming Eagle ... read more

Pros: Gorgeous, true retro-look and feel. Harley value, made in USA Cons: Cold blooded, heavy at times, a pain to clean, wait time and expense
Summary: My love for the Heritage Springer began when I first saw and rode a 1998 95th Anniversary Edition -- To be absolutely forthcoming, I was pretty skeptical about it from the get go; I've never EVER liked the Springer front end and to be honest, I've ... read more

Pros: Look's awesome, rides and handles great. Cons: A little pricey.
Summary: I've had the Springer for about 6 months now and so far it has been a pleasure to own. Years ago I owned a Sportster, a 1974, the 2002 Heritage Springer is in a class of it's own, you can't even compare it to a sportster. The HD's of today are built with ... read more

Pros: Great looking bike, lots of chrome, solid feel and holds its value Cons: Very expensive and very heavy
Summary: I have had my 2002 FLSTS Heritage Springer for a couple of weeks now and have just about a 1,200 miles on it. I traded in my 2002 Sportster which was also a good bike but lacked the comfort to ride 2 up for long distances.
The Springer rides ... read more

Pros: Very comfortable ride. Great in all weather conditions. Lots of fun!!! Cons: Limited parts availability.
Summary: I have had my 2002 FLSTS since early 2005 and it is my primery motorcycle. I have riden my own since 1978, but I must say that heavy front end took me som time to get used to...and at 5'4" 125 it still gives me difficulty at very slow speed if I need to

Pros: Delphi EFI runs perfect all the time. The TC88B is a smooth running engine. Cons: The Springer itself takes time to detail.
Summary: I purchased my 02 FLSTSI back in November 2001. I now have 15K on it. I am just as much in love with it as the day I bought it. I have always liked the look of the Harley Springer. I have been very impressed with the overall quality fit and finish.
