Pros: Fun to drive, good in the winter, easy to maintain, looks cool, good MPG Cons: small, no head room The Bottom Line: I love this car. Its fun to drive, efficient, and relatively comfortable.
I bought my Cavalier second hand from an older gentleman. With me being in college, I needed a reliable car, that got good gas mileage, but most importantly looked cool and performed nicely. I was lucky when I stumbled upon the Cavalier that I bought, ... read more

Pros: Good gas mileage. Easy to get aftermarket accessories. Dependable. Cons: Not enough trunk space, shows dirt easily. The Bottom Line: There are cheaper cars and more stylish cars but this is a good looking and performing car for those on a budget.
Cars are like pets: there are LOTS of factors that affect how much you like yours and how other people feel about it. It's impossible for me to tell you how you'd feel about a 2005 Cavalier from Chevrolet, but I can tell you about my experience. ... read more

Pros: fun to drive, responsive, good gas mileage Cons: stereo speakers are a little weak and that is the only con I have found. The Bottom Line: Buy it. Good car, good price, too bad they are no longer producing them!
When I went to buy a new car I had told my friends "as long as they don't try to sell me a Cavalier we will be fine". So when I drove home in one they all laughed. But this is NOT the Cavalier of the 90's. This car is comfortable, sporty, reliable, ... read more

Pros: Good gas mileage. Cons: Sun visor too close to rear view mirror. Space between trunk and lid too close. The Bottom Line: Perfect if you love to drive around, if you don't plan on having more than four passengers, and you don't plan on hauling a 20" TV (tried that)
I like the size of the body. It doesn't take up a lot of space. It seems everywhere I go, the parking spaces are getting more narrow, in fact, so are some roads. So I'm very happy that my Cavalier is easy to park. I really wanted a 4 door, but ... read more

Pros: Powerful, comfortable, good gas mileage Cons: Hadn't found any The Bottom Line: I will rent and drive it again! If I weren't shallow and didn't want to buy a Japanese car I would go right now and buy this wonder!
I have never thought I'd like a Chevy Cavalier, but I just rented one for two days for a 400-mile drive between Tampa and Orlando, and I've gotta say - I was literally blown away. I can't vouch for any reliability of the car or anything like that, ... read more

Pros: Nice Styling, Good Gas mileage. Nice Pep. Great price. Smooth ride. No better Value Cons: Interior is kind of small. Didn't care for the back seat cup holders. SMALL stuff The Bottom Line: Great car, Great price. Excellent value. Looks great also. Good first car, or seconda car, or car for single guy. Thumbs up.
I have always bought used cars. I drive them to 150,000 plus. I have owned cars similar in a small car class. Chevette, Tempo, 2-Escorts, Sunbird. I never thought I could afford a new car. Then along came my 2005 Cavalier. Deals: 2Dr Black ... read more

Pros: Reliability. Controls. Radio. Cons: Low seating position. Hard to adjust right sideview mirror.
I am very satisfied with my Cavalier. The car is a base model with A/C being the only option added. The fit and finish feels flimsy, but once used to it, I get along very well with my little car. Most important to me is reliability. There was a problem
