I just got a used 2006 Ford Focus and I love it. My old car was a hit or miss every day if it could last so this car is already a winner because I know it won't die on me. It has suprisingly super comfy seats, and roomy back seats as well. Automatic ... read more

I drove about 10 different Tauruses (before the '96 redesign) in my work, and that completely put me off Ford vehicles. The Tauruses were just total, TOTAL pieces of junk. It wasn't even a matter of reliability; there were things in the ... read more

I bought a 2006 Focus brand new back in Novemeber of 2005 from the local ford dealer. The car ran good for the first 1,200 miles then it started to fall apart. The windshield wipers stopped working at first, and that was just the start. The car seems to ... read more

Pros: Peppy acceleration, handling, comfort, economy, excellent after-market customization. Cons: Split rear seat design, interior design & decor. The Bottom Line: A superior low end economy car that runs with confidence and is comfortable to drive. Handling is excellent, it sips fuel, and lends itself well to customization and dress-up.

Pros: With the appearance packages it looks very sharp Cons: Cheap tires, bad design on shifter
My biggest issue came up the last time I got service from Ford. They told me my tires were needing replaced. They had 35,000 miles (all highway mind you) and needing replacing. It seems that Ford is buying 40K mile Perrelli tires instead of good ones.

Bought a 2006 Ford Focus ZXW SE. Been quite surprised on the level of quality. Nice fit and finish. While the dash attempts to appear like a high end quality (VW/Audi for example) it is simply cheap plastic, door panels included. Nice looking tho.
