Pros: Acceleration, Refinement, Exterior styling.. Cons: Interior styling, Price with options.. The Bottom Line: The Azera is far from perfect, but a worthy contender in its class.
If you don't remember the XG300 or the XG350 you are likely not alone; Hyundai's flagship XG sedans never sold well, they weren't marketed efficiently, and nothing about them stood out from the masses. Spanning one generation, the Hyundai XG350 has ...

Pros: Power, room, comfort, features for the dollar Cons: Ride and handling need more fine-tuning, generally doesn't quite feel premium The Bottom Line: A good choice for those who want premium car power, comfort, and features for a relatively low price. But still not convincing as a premium car.
When I reviewed Hyundai's flagthip two years ago, I concluded that it would only fool those who wanted to be fooled. Though the XG350 was very well equiped, it neither looked nor felt like a contemporary premium sedan. For 2006 Hyundai has replaced ...

Pros: Respectable engine, good fuel economy, a roomy and expandable trunk, full safety features Cons: Corners like a dead sheep. No outstanding features. The Bottom Line: Worth a look if you're in this market and can get over the handling - otherwise would be 4 stars.
The Top Line You ever encounter someone or something that made a good first impression, yet when you dug under the surface things werent so good and then finally you decided maybe it was OK after all ? Thats the Hyundai Azera. In the ...

Pros: Fast, Comfy, Radio Cons: None The Bottom Line: This is a awesome car.
I took this for a test drive, and enjoyed it a lot. There is something about this car, that makes me want to purchase it immediately. Unfortunatly, it is a bit out of my range. It costs $27,500, which translates to a high car payment with even a 60 or 72 ...

Pros: Cost, Room, Warranty,Sound System, Safety Features, Safety Features, Safety Features, Comfort, Seating Position Cons: navigation, HID's, Bluetooth Connectivity (all of these are supposed to be late in year release) The Bottom Line: You will not find a better deal in this price range for size, comfort, safety & luxury features, price. Just get over the idea that that great car is a Hyundai.
I am at the point in life where cars are just means of transportation ( i'm 35, so i've learned early). Now I don't want a Yugo, but i don't need a Maybach either. I started looking for the next car to add to my driveway after the 99 passat engine blew ...

Pros: Great price, great warranty, awesome acceleration on the 3.8L Cons: Suspension a little rough, but not bad The Bottom Line: Great car, awesome warranty, quick and trouble-free, recommended
When it was time to replace my previous car, I did tons of research. "What do I want", "what's in my price range", "do I love the car" and "do I get good value" were all questions in my mind while searching. Knowing that Hyundai produces ...

Pros: Styling, Interior, Storage and price Cons: No navigation or satellite radio available
When I first viewed the new Azera I was impressed and now that I have leased one I am not at all disappointed. The interior is nicely put together and extremely comfortable. The leather seats and trim convey a truly luxurious feeling. The steering has nice feedback and the ride while more of a cruiser makes long trips not only tolerable but very enjoyable. Storage space and trunk room are very spacious. Power adjustable pedals, folding side mirrors, memory seats all etc. all for under 30k unbelievable. Hyundai is certainly appears ready to enter the luxury market.

Love This Car

Pros: handling, interior luxury, reliability, style, company amenities, warranty, dealer in Richmond, VA, service, handling handling. Cons: ride, a bit dear on the gas.
My 2006 Azera Limited is without question the best car that I've owned, and I've gone through several in my 50 years of driving from a 1964 Mustang (fantastic car), 2 Audies, Buicks, VW Rabbit (little fat lemon), Dodge Dart (the worse). After 11500 miles through summer, fall, and winter, the Azera has had Zero problems, none since driving it off the dealer's lot. On rain slick roads it holds the road like the Audi with Quattro. It handles with precision and is sure footed, and there is lots of room. Not only is it free of defects and runs really well, but it's beautiful inside and out. Thanks Hyundai for a great car! My gosh! I can't believe it's a Hyundai.
The only down side is the somewhat choppy ride, but it's on par with the Avalon, I think. I drove both before deciding on the Azera. Oh, and get the Limited package if you can. If you cant get that, then just get the car!

Electronics an issue with Azera

Pros: Styling Cons: Electronics- rides like an old Buick with old suspension parts
Electronic components will be the downfall of Hyundai. Multiple sensor failures in my "06 Azera causing inability to control heat when 10 degrees outside, stability control prevented acceleration, power locks malfunction, power window motor replaced- All this happened within a 6 week period!
Now a happy return owner of the new Accord EX-L. All is well and I am sorry for whomever buys the Korean lemon I traded!
