Pros: Just about everything, more power without compromise Cons: High price, styling could be sportier The Bottom Line: Want class-leading power to go with that class-leading handling? It's here.
With Infiniti and Lexus offering 300+ horsepower in their 3-Series comptetitors, BMW found itself in a tight spot. It's new 3.0-liter inline six was very powerful for its size, but 255 horsepower just wasn't going to cut it with too many potential ...

Pros: Great power, exceptional handling, plethora of feature. Cons: Price. Early turbo boost makes it tempermental in heavy traffic. The Bottom Line: If you want exceptional handling with the engine power to push it to it's limit, there are few cars that can match this.
This review is for the BMW 2007 335i coupe. I placed an order for this vehicle the first month it became available in the US. I had been following it's impending introduction on the internet for months and rread every review I could find. All the ...

Pros: fantastic drivetrain, beautiful styling, wonderful interior Cons: run flat tires, low entry-exit, smallish rear seating. The Bottom Line: Fantastic car for a driving enthusiast. A real pleasure to drive!
First BMW we've ever owned. Shopped around for an all-wheel drive luxury coupe as second car & checked out MB, Lexus, BMW, Infiniti, Acura etc. We chose BMW due to #1 x-drive system (not many coupes have AWD) and #2 styling -- also, we were ...

Pros: Driving dynamics, all-weather capabilities, versatility Cons: Controversial styling both in & out, awkward ergonomic details, feels slow in normal Drive mode The Bottom Line: Buy this car if you encounter a lot of unpredictable winter conditions.
So my E46 ZHP BMW is back at the dealer again for more unscheduled maintenance/repairs -- thank God the car's still under warranty! What this means to you is I get to live with another BMW loaner for an indefinite period of time... again :( This time ...

Pros: New Fluid styling, performance, amazing handling, good mileage, smooth suspension, electronic amusement park on wheels. Cons: price, can be jumpy in traffic, little nervous about the run-flat tires The Bottom Line: If you have the big bucks and the need for speed without the need for size, the 335i is the way to go - you won't be disappointed.
This completely new, ground up turbo boosted dream machine is incredible. This is my fourth BMW since 2000 and even after having become mildly jaded with the blue & white Beemer line (having come to expect nothing less than high performance, comfort, ...

Pros: Handling Cons: Harsh ride from run-flats. No trunk Space. I-Drive is not intuitive. The Bottom Line: Avoid this car. The miniscule trunk space is ridiculous. The harsh ride from the run-flats wears on you. I-Drive Sucks.
I have a BMW 335 convertible. In some respects, BMW hit a home run with this car--in others, this car is a major strikeout. The handling/performance with this car is incredible. But the harsh ride from the run-flats and the miniscule trunk space ...

Pros: Great style, fun to drive (when not in the shop). Decent gas mileage. Cons: Lousy customer service, flimsy cup holders, overpriced outdated cranky idrive and navigational system. The Bottom Line: This car handles like a dream but you must tolerate BMW's superior attitudes and crappy service. If so get a 335i and pray you don't get a defective fuel pump.
After reading and lusting over this car for three years, --BMW's first twin turbo in 20 years, I finally received delivery December 23rd 2006. I am not going to write a mechanical review, because you can go to www.edmunds.com where you will get better ...

A few weeks ago, I purchased this car brand new from the local dealer. I decided on a BMW after owning 2 Mercedes back-to-back and thought I'd better make change. - Miles so far= 700 - Average mpg= 18 - Color= Blue Montego, Grey leather - Options= ...

Pros: robust acceleration, powerful brakes, sleek looks, surprising fuel economy (30 mpg overall) Cons: flimsy cup holders and interior storage The Bottom Line: The BMW 3 series is the best combination of luxury and performance; and there is no substitution for a BMW no matter how close.
The 2007 BMW 328i coupe is nothing short of amazing. I looked at other luxury brands before buying, but nothing compares to BMW. Remaining as the one of the few independent car companies, BMW is able to infuse a unique quality into each car they make. ...

Pros: The tradition continues...it's a BMW. Have fun out there. Cons: The interior...too many angles, not enough class. The Bottom Line: There are more luxurious, faster, larger or more comfortable cars for the same price, but this is definitely a car that DRIVERS will appreciate.
I recently had the opportunity to spend a day driving a 2008 323i. I took it through slush and rain, highway and city. Firstly, there is no mistaking that this is a Bimmer. It has all the drive characteristics of the classic 3-series (or at least, ...

Pros: Sporty style, power, agility and refinement Cons: No standard bluetooth, complicated iDrive system The Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor, drive one. If you can afford a 2009, buy it. A seven speed twin clutch trans. is sure to please.
After owning my used 2007 BMW 335i coupe for about 3 weeks now, I can honestly say I love this car. I haven't been so excited to drive since I was a teenager. It has the embodiment of a corvette, and the ...

Pros: great drive Cons: BMW USA service stinks - run flat tires horrible The Bottom Line: Great car, high powered - BMW USA service stinks, Run Flat tires are the worst tire you can get - it is standard on the car
I bought a bmw 382i three months ago from Valencia BMW. On Monday of this week, I ran over a nail. I took the car to the dealership for replacement. The dealership did not carry a 328i Sports edition run flat tire (which makes no sense, since they sell ...

Pros: looks nice Cons: makes me carsick
2007 BMW 335I, SEDAN 4 DR, 3.0L L6 FI DOHC 24V, Bridgestone 18" low pro run flats.
My first year has been filled with
-Jerkiness when starting from a stopped position, or when geared down to corner
-Lunging forward when braking. Very strong, pronounced downshifting - even at slower speeds
-Harsh shifting between gears
-iDrive frequently shutting down for no reason.
-Low pro tires: side walls worn out after 15k miles (no refund offered)

Pros: Gobs of torque from launch to redline! Will eat Mustangs alive! Cons: I'll let you know.
I just purchased my first BMW, a 2007 335i sedan. The car is actually for my wife. A gift for having tolerated my car addiction for 25 plus years. I've always been a GM guy but was unimpressed with anything the General had to offer in a performance sedan. For those of you who already drive BMW's, I don't have to tell you this is an amazing car! The fit and finish, lack of NVH and precise handling are truly worth the money. Turbo lag is virtually non existent. The car hugs the road like glue. What else can I say, I'm hooked!
