Pros: Price, Interior Space, Visibility, Build Quality Cons: ABS an Option, Body Lean, "Feel" The Bottom Line: Recommend with qualification: Great all around, but I recommend considering other brand base models in the price range depending on the buyer
The 2007 Ford Fusion appears to be the basic transportation for everyman a family car for the whole family. Back To Basics The spirit of Henry Ford is still alive and well in Dearborn. Henry Ford (the first) ...

Pros: Competitively priced, exceptionally stable in straight-line cruising, no glaring flaws. Cons: Interior lacks finesse, some ergonomic hiccups, mechanical refinement trails Camry's and Accord's. The Bottom Line: The Mazda 6-based Fusion isn't the slickest car in its class, but it's a fine all-rounder that's well worth considering if you find the price attractive.
Background If you cant beat em, join em might as well be Fords tagline for the Fusion. After letting its once-cutting-edge Taurus rot on the vine for a full decade, Ford found itself without the resources to ...

Pros: Great Handling, Simple Interior, Large Trunk Cons: Safety, Fit & Finish, Some Details The Bottom Line: The Fusion is a good product in a market with great products.
Introduction: Thanks to my large extended family and the fact that almost everybody with a driver’s license also owns a car, I have a large testing fleet. One of my family members happens to have purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion. In this section, I'd ...

Pros: Much more attractive styling than Camry, Accord, and Malibu. Cons: Ergonomic errors. Torque steer. Some interior materials. The Bottom Line: Very attractive styling with good fit and finish. Ford needs to show a little more attention to the details to make the Fusion a world-class car.
A little over two weeks ago, my girlfriend and I experienced our worst Valentine's Day ever. First of all, Philadelphia was hit with a combination snow / sleet storm that shut down all schools and many businesses during an otherwise mild winter. Second ...

Pros: Very roomy, comfortable, safe, stylish and gets great mileage Cons: Bad rear visibility, average sound system, high-revving 4 cylinder engine without much VAVOOM! The Bottom Line: If you're looking at the ever-crowded midsize sedan market, you should seriously consider the Ford Fusion, especially if on a budget. Definitely competition for Camry & Accord!
Let me preface this review by saying that I've known many people who keep houses for shorter periods of time than I keep cars. I'm 34 and this is just my third car (and one of those I only had for 2 years.) I was driving a 1997 Chevy Cavalier that ...

Pros: Roominess, comfort, handling, ergonomics, rear trunk lid and just plain good looks. Value. Cons: Somewhat restricted view to the rear. Prop holding up hood. The Bottom Line: Highly recommended. You're missing out if you don't look at this one.
Since there is no place I have found for a review of the 2008 Ford Fusion, I thought I would place it here. It is quite similar but there are some slight differences worth noting. The ABS is now standard which was a bone of contention in the past. ...

I purchased a Ford Fusion V6 SEL and have driven it for 1 week now. I'll talk about what attracted me to the car and what my experience is like. I originally was looking at Chevy Impalas, but due to the great Impala shortage in my area of any color ...

Pros: Great gas mileage, bold look, and many safety features. Cons: Antilock Brake System does not come standard. The Bottom Line: I am very pleased with the miles per gallon exceeding the posted mpg on the car. Its a great family car.
Intro About seven months ago I was involved in an automobile accident, so I was forced to buy a new car. I went to a few different dealerships and ended up at a Ford one, where I test drove the Ford Fusion. I also test drove a few other cars on ...

Pros: Handling, safety, comfort, style, price, reliability Cons: could use more power, manual access to gears The Bottom Line: I'd recommend this car to anyone looking for a comfortable family car. At the very least give it a try.
I have a 2007 V6 SEL AWD. Compared to the previous year this model gets 4 and 5 star crash test ratings and is considered a very safe vehicle now, this is largely thanks to some additional airbags on the sides. Even with AWD my car was several ...

Pros and Cons on Ford Fusion!

Pros: Nice radio, gas mileage, price Cons: back window small
I drove this for the first time for work. I do not personally own one and am not sure that I would buy one. The car rides very smooth and it seems roomy inside.
Some of the pros include a nice dashboard set up along with comfortable front seats and a large roomy trunk. The car performs great, average pick up and good gas mileage. The front seat also has a center armrest that can fold up for more front seat space. The radio has MP3 capabilities and a nice dashboard glove box type storage area on the center of the dashboard. Very convenient to keep items close by.
Some of the cons include a very high back to the vehicle. I didn't notice this right away, however when you look through the rear view mirror the back window is not as large as a standard car. Maybe this explains the roomy trunk. Maybe if you are a tall person it may not bother you but for me it seems to not show enough behind the vehicle. For safety reasons this could be a problem.
